Compound CrossFit has been my home for a little over a year now and i love it! The coaches are great, the atmosphere is welcoming, the location is perfect for me. If there’s something you can’t do there is always an alternative option. Mike and Sara (the owners) are great, they always try to give back to the athletes by doing raffles and monthly check in prizes. I love it here

Bottom line, I love this place. I started out in the bootcamp and fell in love. The trainers are far superior to any in your local gym. I had a membership at Gold's/One Life, a yoga studio, a small women's gym, and the Rec Centers over the years and the programing, training, and overall atmosphere of the Compound is immeasurably better. I will be a member of this facility for as long as they'll have me. Thank you to the Coaches, Staff and Members for such a wonderful experience, you guys are the best!

What can I say, other than WOW. I've been to dozens of CrossFit gyms across the US and overseas but none made me feel like home more than Compound CrossFit. I was in town for a few weeks for worked and needed a gym to go to. The first time I walked in the door I felt like family. Sara and Mike took time to talk to me about the gym and even got me in on the workout right then and there. Fantastic programing, attentive coaches, friendly members, and a well equipped facility. I couldn't ask for more.
